What is an iTech Promotional Gift Card?

With the prior iTech Rewards Program, iTech Promotional Gift Cards were awarded once you reached a certain balance. “Promotional” meant the value of the gift card was from a rewards balance conversion and would expire within one year.

With the new iTech Rewards Program, we began phasing out the use of the word”promotional”, as these funds never expire. However, to indicate the difference between iTech Gift Cards earned from the iTech Rewards Program and a gift card purchased from iTech, the word “promotional” may still appear in your iTech Online Account under “iTech Gift Card Balance”.
