iTech Rewards Points now last longer! Your rewards balance will expire after two years due to inactivity (instead of one) and iTech Promotional Gift Cards no longer expire.
Starting January 1, 2015, products associated with a service in the same appointment now earn double the points. For example, if you buy a new computer through iTech and have us set it up, you'll earn 4x points for the computer and 5x points for the set-up service, as well as any other services!
Before: New Computer ($500) + Set Up Computer Service ($40) = 500 + 120 points = 620 points ($10 iTech Promotional Gift Card + 20 iTech Rewards Points)
After: New Computer ($500) + Set Up Computer Service ($40) = 2000 + 200 points = 2200 points ($20 iTech Promotional Gift Card + 200 iTech Rewards Points)
You'll earn iTech Rewards for all eligible products and services associated with an appointment. Once your account reaches 1000 iTech Rewards Points, you will earn a $10 iTech Promotional Gift Card, valid for any iTech service or product purchased through iTech.
Appointments dated May 1, 2012 or later and paid in full within fourteen (14) calendar days are eligible for iTech Rewards, even if your receipt doesn't reflect this. Your account will automatically be credited 5-7 business days after your payment is processed.
What's included?
Any item listed under the "Products" section on your receipt or invoice will automatically earn 2x points.
Items listed under the "Products" section on your receipt or invoice and are associated with a service listed under the "Services Performed" section of during the same appointment will earn 4x points.
Eligible services listed under the "Services Performed" section on your receipt or invoice will earn 5x points.
Gift card purchases of any kind, including iTech Gift Cards, are not eligible for iTech Rewards.
Items listed under "Products" and not associated with a service on the same receipt/invoice will only earn 1x points.
Purchases not listed on a receipt for an iTech appointment are not eligible for iTech Rewards.
iTech Rewards Points are based off of individual products and services. Taxes, surcharges, and other fees do not qualify for iTech Rewards Points. iTech Rewards Points are awarded on post-discounted prices for products and services, except for discounts not associated with a specific product or service.
Once your iTech Gift Card has been processed and posted to your iTech online account, the rewards points for that gift card will be deducted from your iTech Rewards balance. For example, if you have 1250 iTech Rewards Points, the first 1000 Rewards Points will be converted into a $10 iTech Gift Card after the processing period has passed. You would then have a $10 iTech Gift Card and 250 iTech Rewards Points on your account.
iTech Rewards Points will be issued 5-7 business days after payment for that appointment has been processed. During this processing period, as rewards points are issued, accounts that have at least 1000 iTech Rewards Points will have their points converted into iTech Gift Cards as well.
