Locate a missing receipt
If you don’t see a receipt posted to your account, here are a few reasons why it may not be there:
- Receipts take up to 7 business days to be posted to your iTech account.
- Invoices are not posted to your account. Instead, the total charge from that appointment will appear under your remaining account balance.
- Only receipts from appointments within the last year are shown under the “My Receipts” section of your account. If you need to access an archived receipt, please contact customer support.
